All items returned must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. Intimates, hats, jewelry, and sale/promotional items are FINAL SALE. 

****We will not refund any money for returns but will honor an exchange. 

All  CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE  UNLESS ERROR ON COMPANIES BEHALF !!

EXCHANGES: We like to make exchanges as easy and fast as possible; therefore, all exchanged items must be postmarked for exchanged within 7 business days of the delivery of your original package. Please email us and let us know what item(s) you would like and we will pull it for you. This will also ensure that the item(s) you are wanting does not sell out. After receiving your return within 3-6 business days, we will email you with the exact shipping amount and additional costs, if any, that are due for your exchanged item(s). We will only hold exchange items for 7 business days.
